Who we are

What we collect, and why
- When you book a bay or a table, we ask for your name, email, phone number, party size and session length, plus any notes you add. We use that to hold your spot, send your confirmation, and let our staff know who's coming.
- When you send a private event request, we keep your name, contact details, the date, group size and notes so we can get back to you.
- When you scan the sign at your bay, you enter your booking code or phone number so the page can start your reserved bay and send your requests (drinks, a server, more time) to our staff. A small cookie keeps your phone linked to your booking until shortly after your session ends.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, including IP addresses, for security. We use them to stop repeated attempts on our forms and staff sign-in.
Who handles it for us
Vercel hosts the website and stores our photos, Neon stores our bookings, and Resend delivers our emails. Each works on our behalf under its own privacy terms. Links to order through Toast, DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub take you to those companies' sites, which have their own policies.
Cookies and tracking
No advertising or analytics trackers. The site uses only the cookies it needs to work: a sign-in cookie on staff devices and the short-lived bay cookie above.
How long we keep it
Booking and event records are kept for 24 months for scheduling, reports and resolving any disputes, then deleted.
Your choices
Call or email us to correct or delete your details, or to cancel a booking. We do not sell personal information.
Children
Bookings must be made by an adult, and children may not operate the simulator equipment.
